Matthew is the Practice Manager and as such faces many of the same issues that small to medium sized business face daily. Managing cash flow and debtors, forward planning, budgeting and ongoing financial management and reporting. Matthew’s focus is providing taxation and accounting services to small to medium sized business clients.
Mark Pinhorn ACA
Mark is responsible for ongoing management of a portfolio of business clients and focuses on helping them with taxation matters, business development, marketing and management strategies. He is involved in a number of successful businesses and property developments. Mark’s focus is using his entrepreneurial approach to helping KPR clients to build better and more profitable businesses. Mark has a special interest in business succession planning and private equity funding.
Simon Perkovich ACA
Simon brings a wealth of experience with complex taxation and business structuring issues. This involves regularly liaising with specialist taxation lawyers and other external consultants to our practice. Simon’s focus is assisting clients to achieve significant GST, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax savings through business and taxation re-structuring. |
